Goa Sunset Beach Villas
Goa Sunset Beach Villas is a cluster of whitewashed, Portuguese-style villas tucked behind the dunes of Sinquerim Beach, close to the old ramparts of Fort Aguada. Each villa has its own plunge pool or garden sit-out, shaded by frangipani and bougainvillea.
Walk to the beach for the evening sunset, cycle to Candolim's cafés, or simply lounge by your pool with a feni cocktail. It's a quieter, more private side of North Goa — perfect for couples and small families.

50% of the booking value is charged for cancellations made 7–14 days before check-in.
Cancellations within 7 days of check-in and no-shows are non-refundable.

Valid government photo ID (Aadhaar, passport, driving licence or voter ID) required for all guests at check-in.
Unmarried couples welcome with valid ID.
Children up to 5 years stay free without extra bed; 6–11 years charged as child with/without bed.
Smoking is not permitted inside rooms.
Outside visitors are not allowed in guest rooms after 9 PM.
Private pool use permitted 7 AM – 10 PM.
Loud music is not permitted after 10 PM as per local regulations.
30% advance to confirm the booking; balance due 7 days before check-in.
Bookings made within 7 days of travel require full payment.
Payment accepted via UPI, bank transfer, debit/credit card and net banking.
GST as applicable is included in the quoted rate.
Having a private plunge pool was pure luxury and Sinquerim beach sunsets were stunning. Quiet, romantic and very well maintained.
Great if you want to avoid the crowds but still be close to Candolim. They even welcomed our dog, which made the trip perfect.
