1. Can I customise a holiday package?

Absolutely. Every package on our website is a starting point. You can change the number of nights, hotels, sightseeing, transport and activities, and we will send a revised itinerary and quote tailored to you.

2. Which destinations do you cover?

We currently plan trips to Goa, Manali, Shimla, Kerala, Jaipur and the wider Rajasthan circuit, the Andaman Islands, Ladakh, Rishikesh and Dubai. Multi-destination combinations, such as Shimla with Manali or Jaipur with Udaipur, are also possible.

3. How much advance do I need to pay to confirm a booking?

Usually 30 percent of the package cost at the time of booking, with the balance due 15 days before departure. For last-minute trips within 15 days of travel, full payment is required.

4. Are flights included in the package?

Flights are not included by default, as many travellers prefer to book their own. We are happy to add flights or train tickets to your package on request.

5. What kind of hotels do you book?

We handpick every property ourselves, from clean budget stays and boutique homestays to premium resorts. Your quote will clearly name the hotel and room category so there are no surprises.

6. Who drives us around during the trip?

We operate our own cab network with well-maintained vehicles and experienced local drivers who know the terrain. For Ladakh and Spiti-style routes, we use drivers who specialise in high-altitude roads.

7. What happens if something goes wrong during my trip?

Our on-trip support team is available 24x7 on WhatsApp at +91 91 123 456789. Whether it is a delayed pickup, a hotel issue or a road closure, a real person will help you sort it out quickly.

8. Do you help with the Dubai visa?

Yes. We can assist with the UAE tourist visa application for Indian passport holders. Approval is at the discretion of UAE authorities, and visa fees are non-refundable once the application is submitted.

9. Is Ladakh safe for senior citizens or children?

Many families travel to Ladakh comfortably, but the altitude requires care. We build in acclimatisation days in Leh, recommend consulting your doctor before travel, and can suggest gentler alternatives if needed.

10. What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 30 or more days before departure receive a 90 percent refund, with lower refunds closer to the travel date. Please see our Refund and Cancellation Policy page for the full slab and non-refundable components.
