We understand that plans can change. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for holidays booked with Wander Without Maps. Please read it together with our Terms and Conditions. Any specific cancellation terms mentioned in your quotation or confirmation (for example for peak-season hotels, flights or special events) will take priority over the general slabs below.
All cancellation requests must be sent in writing to info@wanderwithoutmaps.com or via WhatsApp on +91 91 123 456789, quoting your booking reference. The cancellation date is the date on which we receive your written request during office hours (Monday to Saturday, 9:30 am to 7:00 pm IST). Requests received after hours are treated as received on the next working day.
Refunds are calculated on the total package cost, based on the number of days before the scheduled departure date:
No refund is given for services that are not used after the trip has begun, such as missed sightseeing, early check-out, skipped meals or activities, or a voluntary change of plan.
If we have to cancel your trip for reasons within our control, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid, or you may choose an alternative trip of equal value. If the trip is cancelled or altered due to force majeure, such as natural disasters, landslides, road closures, government orders or pandemics, we will refund whatever we are able to recover from our suppliers, or offer a credit note for future travel.
Changing your travel dates is subject to availability and may attract amendment fees or rate differences. A date change requested within 15 days of departure may be treated as a cancellation.
If you have any doubts about how this policy applies to your booking, please contact us before cancelling. We will always try to find the most flexible option available.
