Kerala Backwater Villas
Kerala Backwater Villas sits right on the edge of Punnamada Lake, where the famous Nehru Trophy snake-boat race is held each August. Traditional Kerala-style villas with sloping tiled roofs and teak interiors look out over still water, swaying coconut palms and passing country boats.
Mornings bring birdsong and canoe rides through narrow village canals; evenings are for sunset on the lake, karimeen pollichathu fresh from the water and a soothing Ayurvedic massage at the in-house centre.

Outside visitors are not allowed in guest rooms after 9 PM.
Life jackets are mandatory for all canoe and boat activities.
Please keep villa doors closed at dusk to keep mosquitoes out; repellent provided.
30% advance to confirm the booking; balance due 7 days before check-in.
Bookings made within 7 days of travel require full payment.
Payment accepted via UPI, bank transfer, debit/credit card and net banking.
GST as applicable is included in the quoted rate.
Watching the sunset over the lake from our verandah was unforgettable. The morning canoe ride through the village canals was the best part of our Kerala trip.
